Young Cormorant

Walking along a local riverbank, and noticed a young cormorant perched in the branches of a tree. There used to be quite a regular gathering on a nearby bridge, but this is the first I've seen for about five years, and the first young one I've ever seen. Rather hope they are making a come back in the area, although I doubt the local anglers would agree!

Thanks for the comment, I quite liked the shot as a general scene, but will add a closer shot soon.

The swan does not look too interested, but you got a good story here with the overall shot...nature at it's best!
