Young Eagle in Nest

By roddaut
This baby eagle in it's nest sitting atop a telephone pole was photographed along the Columbia River in Central washington near the City yard for the City of Wenatchee. to get an eye level shot of the nest and bird, I had to scamper up a hillside across the road and bushwack my way through foliage and brush and try to avoid the hornets nest along the way. the best shots were through the branches of various trees that mostly blocked the view.

This isn't a baby eagle, it is a fully grown adult adolescent female osprey
