Zeddam Windmill IR

I'd wanted to photograph this windmill for a long time, and yesterday an opportunity presented itself. But the closer I came to the location, the more light disappeared. The sky went almost completely grey. When I was there, I was hoping that by some miracle a little bit of light might peep through the grey. And it did! (Infrared pictures can be dull when there's no direct light.)

Anyway, this is one of the results. I quite like the feeling of perspective the fence gives the viewer.

It's been a long time since any of my photos were deemed to be on any kind of award level, so I'm very happy with this one!
