    Project 365-273

A quickie of a flower from the Woodvale Cemetery during a quick break from the office. I'm getting rather adept at classifications now. I can tell you with almost 100% certainty that this is neither a Daffodil nor a Tulip.

    Photo 365 - Number 225 - Geranium

My lovely clump of perennial Geranium is bursting into flower now - it must be about 4 feet wide now which is rather gratifying having watched it grow from a small lump over the last few years. It's been a while since I got the macro lens out on a...

    Project 365-272

This was a very hasty grab shot using the iphone 4 and hipstamatic app whilst on the way to work. I was waiting for the bus, thought I had a couple of minutes when it was infact pulling in to the stop, hence a little skew-whiff

    Photo 365 - Number 224 - Reka

The evening has shot by again - mostly because Reka and her family popped round after work for a quick photo session. Although they weren't here for long the rest of the evening seems to have shot by. Hopefully I've got some decent pics amongst t...

    An Evening with Charlie Waite

After Ansel Adams, Charlie Waite is probably the most well known, best loved landscape photographers who has ever lived. I first became aware after ordering his book, The Making Of Landscape Photographs, through those book clubs which were spamme...

    Photo 365 - Number 223 - Water

I've been sitting here in front of the laptop messing about whilst watching 'Once Upon a Time' up on the large monitor - handy having that - I can split my attention between the two. Anyway, I'd taken a bottle of water out of the freezer and figured...

    Photo 365 - Number 222 - Poppy Puppy

This is the dog that spent many weeks last Christmas with her hind leg all pinned up after smashing it up pretty well in her exuberance. As you can see, there are no lasting ill-effects! Her tennis balls had been put up in the baskets to keep h...

    Photo 365 - Number 221 - In The Barn....

I went rummaging about in the barn this weekend - there's all sorts of bits and bobs tucked away - I can't see this ted ever being retrieved and cleaned up again. I'm just wondering if it's one I made years and years ago .....

365 Day 11 - Summer in the Garden

Not the best macro shot in the world, but I had to try and take this with the dog licking my face as he thought I was laying on the lawn so that he could play with me.

    365 Day 10 - Warlies

Up early to walk the dog before it got too hot to walk the dog. We took a walk past the big house at Warlies, now part of Epping Forest.
