This cottage owner in Tobermory Ont. has a shipwreck in his backyard, called the Grand City Rapids. It was built in 1879 in Grand Haven Michigan U.S. It was a 122 ft. long double decker passenger steamer. In October 1907, it caught fire and for safety purposes it was towed out of the harbour, but drifted back into the harbour where it sank. Because of the lower water levels it now lies in only 6-10 ft. of water.
