Not been far today, trying to rest me leg a little, after a stupid mishap last week.
But did get a tip that the Swale was running high, at the moment, due to the recent rain. Not sure how long it will be up for, but it falls as quick as it rises. The Swale is one of the fastest rising rivers in the country.
Anyway I bobbed down there for an hour this evening.
Under normal circumstances the fall on the right doesn't exist, only when the river rises can it break over the wall underneath to create probably my favourite part of this popular waterfall.
