I thought i'd better get a shot of todays subject, before it disappeared for good.
This is the old Stadium/Sports Ground, on Richmond Road, Catterick. It hasn't been used for a number of years and will soon disappear to make way for a new retail/leisure complex. In fact the turning of the first sod ceremony takes place tomorrow.
I'm not particularly sad about it's destruction, but did want to document it's existence, i have even considered taking a series of images as the new development goes up. Will have to see.
