Richmond Castle 10k took place today, in town.
The lovely Mrs H was taking part, her first race for a couple of years. She finished in 315th place out of 408 and was the 76th lady to cross the line, in a time of 00:57:55, which i think she was happy with.
Todays image however, is of the gentleman that finished 3rd.
His name is Tristan Learoyd, running for New Marske Harriers, and finished in a time of 00:35:32. To put that in perspective, Paula Radcliffe pb for 10k (on the track) is around 30 minutes and Mo Farah runs it in just over 26 minutes.
So a valiant effort i think.
