About

My career was in optoelectronics (eg lasers, LEDs, detectors...) - optics has long been an interest, as has photography (started as many with a Zenit B). I like to take images through to the print, using an Epson P800. I like to experiment with optical elements in my photography, so I hope you find my stuff 'quirky' but interesting. I also like landscape work, and spend quite a lot of time in the Lake District on this.

So surprised nobody has commented on your lovely portfolio so I am remedying that right now!

Varied and interesting and also personal challenges in here too.

I love the B/W landscapes but you know that! What I really like is how you are willing to try new and sometimes difficult genres and are so willing to share your expertise.
