Mystery musicians

By dudler
Still scanning 1972 pictures.

I thought I had shots of the Beach Boys at the (don't laugh. Please) Top Rank Suite in Reading. Thought I'd found them. Scanned them. Much prettier, but definitely not the BBs.

Does anyone recognise them?

And yes, I am sure that the film name is right. I double-checked the edge markings. It was quite short-lived, but gave me the taste that T-Max P-3200 later satisfied, and which Delta 3200 almsot works for now. Trouble is, the Ilford film is rather higher quality than the kodak was, and the grain is not as prominent. Agfapan - no trouble! Responded well to print developer, for really offensively-prominent silver-based "noise"!

The dress is classic early 70s, but I have no idea who the singer is. I like V1 a lot, flickering out of the past.

Dont recognise them as one of the big folk groups of the time. Im amazed just how short the dress is too.

Roy, you possibly know more of my past than I do...

If it was may, then it was Exa 500 and 135mm f/3.5 Komura preset, because I didn't get the Spotmatic until July, just before the Paris trip. Ho hum!
Definitely 70s......what memories, John.
