Hi Brett,
I honestly believe you have some fantastic wildlife shots here. Don't worry about not being able to shoot waterfalls. I can't either, but I know it has something to do with how long you leave the shutter open, to get the 'veil-effect'. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but you can always go and try again and again with waterfalls. Especially with a digital Camera and the chance to instantly review a shot. With wildlife, it isn't that simple. Grand work.
