Engagement Shoot

By ade_mcfade
A straight shot from an engagement shoot - i.e. no flash

Nice little tree covered path created a decent location, the light was really green - I've used her top as the white balance reference point so I guess that nice green hue comes with the teratory

If it's not raining on the wedding, they'll be doing this again in wedding dress and suit Wink

he felt a bit cheesy with the flower idea, but hey, got them laughing !

Its a really lovely image, one they will be well chuffed with. Like the DOF and the tones work too. Very very nice

A great shot Ade! The couple being on the third makes all the difference in making this a strong composition as does the Dof. Nice! I'm guessing you were using a longish focal length for this?

Yeah - would have been around 200mm @ f4 I think - either that or F2.8.... can't rememeber actually.

cheers everyone

I think sending people some distance away and getting them to just walk back slowly towards you whilst talking, playing around and all that makes for some cvreat couple shots. They get s bit scared of proper lights and things like that Wink
