It's Grim Up North

By ade_mcfade
Lovely day for a shoot Smile

Blonde hair looks great against a dark background don't you think?

grim days rule!

Pretty much straight out of the camera - probably tweaked levels in capture one...

very popular on Facebook, but I guess I need to spend about 4 hours agonising over it with filters and extreme processing with textures and everything for it go fly on here Wink

prove me wrong folks !

It works for me AdeSmile. Good detail in the coat, and her face.
Although I think you will need at least 4.5 hours to do a proper jobWink

Great shot Ade, despite the weather. Am I allowed to vote on this, or do I have to wait until you've spent the 4.5 hours messing with the image.

Excellent portrait, good pose, expression and the lighting. I also like the space you have left on the left side of the image.

I like it the way it is, great light on her to make her stand out from the dark background.

Hay wait a minute, I use filters and textures quite a lot in my images, but thats just because I like to play about and try new things and have far to much time on my hands.
But trust me it makes no difference I still struggle to get votes. If only I had the time to comment and vote on everyones images I am sure I would get more.

Thought.... Maybe I should spend less time in Photoshop and more time clicking on here.

Seriously I know how you feel though.

Regards Steve.
