Rushes

By ade_mcfade
Some rushes by the side of a reservoir that I spotted when out with Dave on thursday.

Got these just before the stone shots I posted the last 2 days.

a "manual" HDR as in I created 3 different exposures and layered them up and blended using masks to get detail in all parts.

I tried tone mapping but really didn't get anything worth posting :-(

Playing the "Lion" in castleford tonight if anyone fancies hearing some quality tunes Smile

gig was a game of 2 halves...

was in a proper hard biker pub in Castleford - we didn't realise.... our set isn't all rock... some disco...

we shat ourselves

the first set went so-so.. that's the rock

the funky set was ace - hard bikers dancing to gay anthems!

This caught my eye. I can imagne that tone mapping would really screew up. As this done manually in mask layers really works.
