Sparked Out

By ade_mcfade
This was the last shot I took over at Ferrybridge before we went home - decided to go daft and do a 30 second expsoure.

I think the wind had dropped a bit cause the steam didn't go as far as some of the earlier 8 second shots.

Probably the last of this series, though I've a few closeups of the tops of the towers that reveal the patterns in the steam really well.

30 seconds @ F22 ISO 50, CP and P121M P121S

Well I stand corrected...

Congrats on the well deserved HC, and may I say
...this is the most impressive shot I've seen from this location

...unless you've got another one of course.

Cheers everyone - I've been here many times but never saw light quite like this evening. Never had such a response to a series - lets hope I get something as good up in Whitby next weekend Smile

I think a mono version tomorrow - probably of the first one in the series - will be a fitting end to it.

Ade,

I've enjoyed look at these shots, a subject that I've often thought about capturing but never yet found the time to make the effort...you have done an excellent job here.

Well done on the HC's.

He's a hard man to please old Mr Bargh !!

Think I'll shove a mono one that I really like up before I go on an all day boozy do in York tomorrow... errr, well I told people I was off to the minster to offer worship to the lord for easter, but they saw right through it when the realised I was an atheist!
