It was very poor light outside so we made some of your own...
It's Dave Tandberg, so go comment on his photos or he'll be round!

okay you convinced me to comment, whoops wrong photo... lol
Right away Ade!!!!
Please put his leash back on..... pleeeease!!
Yeah, great portrait, Ade. So that's Tandberg. Bulldog? No hanging cheeks and no crumpled face - no bulldog. But he is definitely English - Staffordshire Bullterrier? That's good, black patches on the eyes, strong neck, concentrated look...
soft as sh**e
Bet he has pink fluffy slippers on lol
certainly is an impressive portrait lovely bit of lighting, excellent shot.
Have to agree Keith - he's like one of those little rotweiller puppies - THEY think they're 'ard - but really . . . .
Nice try Ade - but we who know, know
congrats on the HC m8
Good shot tho'
Give him a biscuit and he'll let you tickle his tum and sniff below his tail
Have you got the one where he put his back out trying to lick his danglies???
Nice one mate,
dave, he should be in a book that ive got
kate krays, hard b-------s
nice one mate
Never trust a man who goes to the same hairdressers as Pete.
you're all either brave or foolish!
had a good shoot after an uneventful drive. Amazing how different we had the lights set up for our respective portraits, quite interesting to see how dave got things set up.
no pink slippers I'm afraid, though I can't say whether he was trying to lick his danglies at any point... not when I was looking anyway!
Anyone who fancies the D&A portrait treatment, giz a shout... if you're not too far from Leeds
terrific shot ade with great lighting.
was it very bright? or he thinks it is cool?
One or two interesting comments Ade!!
But i'm Gentle when needed,but a right Bas't#rd when Pi'sse# off
t-shirt is a bit blown out, but it's OK apart from that
fine portrrait, has a good intensity and the lighting is well controlled
Great work. Your blue channel portraits always impress.
If I lived nearer to Leeds I would jump at your offer, but sadly a bit of a trek.
Does it look blown Tony? Both Dave and I were editing this one and we took care not to blow it - maybe worth checking the callibration on your monitor mate, cause it's defnintely not blown.
D&A Photography... has a ring to it!
Never too worried about getting mugged when we're out on a shoot either!
So that's what he looks like - mean looking portrait with superb lighting.
it's callibrated, blown at bottom right, it looks as though the light was just next to him there, just passing a thought
If it was blown it would be smiling lol, right now lock him back in his kennel. congrats on HC.
I think the lighting and pose work well.
Having seen this, I'm glad I liked Dave's pic yesterday ... wouldn't fancy having to tell him why I didn't
Jesus! That's the last time I criticise any of his shots!
Well lit. I can just about make out some detail in the shirt bottom right - but only just.
Pleased to be no 30 for such a cracking portrait. Glad I was nice to the old boy when I met him at Focus, otherwise he'd have probably duffed me up!!
great portrait , good to know what he looks like :O)
good portrait, like the toning too. The light on the head and shoulders is exquisite. The light on the shirt below the ellbow is a different matter.
Missed this.... you're getting good at this portraiture lark
