A very well captured and presented set. Rarely have I heard of a ship quite so badly misnamed! Pretty wild here too so can only guess at how stromy it must be with you, though these images certainly help.

You are capturing the demise of this vessel so expertly in these series of shots, Adrian: it does look as if there is a storm blowing and you have captured the breaking waves so well too: of the three images, V 1 stands out as my favourite for composition, balance, detail and colours.

Another fine set, Adrian. We were blown back home a mere ten minutes into a walk earlier this afternoon; I can imagine how a gale in the Shetlands feels. These days that is sufficient knowledge for me!
All crisp images with great colour and atmosphere. Somehow V2 suggests the vessel disappearing into the teeth of the gale; the perspective imparted by the vertical format, the vee of the rocks and the line of the shore must be responsible!

Three great images, Adrian! I found it difficult to pick a favourite, however, if you twisted my arm to make me decide, I'd say the 3rd one! I don't really know why, but I just like the open sea on the left-hand side......I feel it adds to the scene!
