Does It Work?

By AdrianTurner
Alternative Version

Thought I'd put this one up to see the reaction!

Does the treatment work for you?
Is it too much?
Does it spoil the shot?
or is it just a distraction?

I would be very grateful for some frank opinions.
or even a 'I like it' or 'I don't like it'

regards, Adrian.

Hi Adrian, yes it works because it,s different, could I suggest desaturating the background image or making the others different in some way, maybe a shift in orientation. I expect the original is an excellent image on its own. Great attempt, gets my vote!

Hi Steve & Steve, thanks for the comments, I did try the backgroung image in greyscale but it was a bit too drastic for me.

Personally I like it. It would be interesting to see one or more of the squares in mono, perhaps bottom left and/or top right. Any chance of a second version?

Interesting and strikingly different shot. I like this best of the three.
