Was this done with photoshop. I can't do this with the photo editor I currently have. Great shot.

Answer for Ralph

In short, YES. If you are interested in 'What has been done' .... The larger boat was moved, to line up more centrally with the cannon, as it was originally tight to the left edge. Reconstructed the stern as it was originally obscured by the cannon. The bottom 3rd or so of all but the cannon painted out with the EPZ gallery background colour (HEX: #E9EDF6, RGB: 233, 237, 246), then a shadow added.
If your Photo Editor supports 'Layers', then you should be able to do this, though it does take a bit of experimenting to get the hang of it.
