Little Star

Still experimenting with lenses and extension tubes.

This tiny flower measures approximately 7mm across. Ive got no idea what it is, a single stem branches out to carry 30 to 40 of these flowers.

75-300mm lens plus 21mm extension tube.

1/250 @ f/16 + flash

You have captured the flower very well, just enough DoF to keep the whole flower in focus but with a nicely blured background. I dont like the black stripe down the left side though.

Chris, it is tight at the top but that is to prevent the flower above creeping into shot and becoming a distraction.
