Under the Willow Tree

By AEasthope67
I have taken this while practicing more of my settings. I know it doesn't look like the best and it looks to me like it is a little greeny yellow. I am trying out new software and getting the hang of the settings on that too so it would be very much appreciated if you would provide comments for improvements - votes not needed!!!

Taken under a willow tree at the local park.

Techy stuff:
iso 200
WB shade
F6.3
1/100sec
touch of play on contrast and lighting

Thanks for passing by.

Andy

The light would have definitely had a yellow/green tint, as its filtered through the leaves, - so you would expect this type of result.

If you want to correct for this, youre better off shooting in raw, and setting the white balance during the processing stage of the raw image, - where you could, for example, select the white T shirt as the white reference for white balance, then this would remove the green/yellow caste.

Thanks for the tip - will try it out. Not very good with the white balance reference so am going to have to get a grip as it were! Andy
