Recently got hold of a unmodified Nikon Dslr and am learning about 'normal' photography -ie, 'normal' being daylight without-a-telescope photography, and hoping to learn a few techniques.

I like the idea of macro in combination with natural and organic settings. (However, my obsession with darkness and the night sky will very likely remain a big factor).
