Way out of my comfort zone..... I guess we have to try things.... but maybe only once eh? lol This was rain in Barrow in Furness, down on the dockside. I think perhaps dockside rain must be special, it certainly felt wetter than normal rain. I babble, and digress. I think this one may just bomb, but thank you for looking at it all the same.

Thanks for all your recent comments and clicks, I much appreciate. helen

The mood of this is fantastic. I just love the simplicity and yet it's so full of information. The only thing I want to see is either this end of the railings in focus, or the figure - my feeling is the railings as the softness and hint of colour of the figure is really subtle.

More! This is your artist's eye at work 8-]

I really like this. It's funny sometimes, it's hard to judge your own work. I really like the pool of water in the bottom left and then carry on down to almost oblivion passing a man with a red and white umbrella. Wondering what that fool is doing out in the rain.
Great shot!...Sandy

Like the blurring and the hint of the red umbrella.

Helen this is such a good image. There's a story there if you want it, lots of questions and the sort of image you can return to again and again.
I would have liked the foreground to be more in focus, but apart from that its great. Try some more please!

You've captured the atmosphere really well. For me the focus isn't so important.

I agree, this is a smashing shot with so much atmasphere. I would like it on my wall

Totally wonderful image - if this is out of your comfort zone you should get uncomfortable a lot more often . . . cos you do it sooo well Grin I really really love this.

Very effective and although not one part of this is in focus , on artistic merit this works for me.
