A Jack Stand

By Alan_Coles
Good Morning all,

Many thanks for the positive response to my recent series of Jack, much appreciated. A few people have asked that maybe I show some of the items individually so here is is one of Jack in handstand position. I didn't have any filters on and found shooting into the sun very difficult...think this has come out ok and although he is not quite straight in the shot (those legs needed to be straighter JC..Wink ) I think the angled view has given a decent look? Anyway, I have a few portrait shots I want to show which will be back in the triptych format but hope you like this solo shot.

A really dynamic shot Alan (which I was hoping you would upload in its own right). Great angle to this and that sunburst really gives the image punch and all help to accentuate you subject. Great work and fabulous exposure control!

yep andy has summed this up well, the curve of jacks body adds to the image a straight handstand wouldnt have the same appeal. great work Al. lesley

Spot on Al. It's great to see this as a larger shot. It has everything in it's own right. the great angle, the comntrolled exposure, detail in Jack's clothing and face. It's really, really good.

Looks great large Al. I actually think his tilted angle gives more sense of movement, get V1 up too mate.
