Blue & Green

By Alan_Coles
On a drive earlier in the week I came across this tree.... wanted to get a bit closer but the farmer was driving around and he didnt look the type who wanted someone with a camera trampling around his property. Hand held outside the fence with my 70-200mm . In a few weeks I expect this tree to have shed its leave, not before turning colour hopefully..must get back there

Always love single trees in fields. One wonders why, just one tree? Lovely shot.

Dropped from a birds nether regions and the tree has survived many years.
Farmers seem to leave trees like this, superstition or some legend that goes back a few hundred years?
