Escarpment Moods

By Alan_Coles
With fog about the place yesterday I headed for my fave spot - the Llangattock Escarpment with the hope of getting some sun and fog didnt work out as I stood in dense fog for hours wating for something to happen...I started to pack up as is the case the fog started to lift and In strated seeing the surrounding landscape...quickly got my telephoto lens out and took some shots. 5 mins after this was taken the fog had rolled back in and I was left to wander home.

Well worth the wait in the fog, the trees stark against the fog look grand in the misty landscape.
