Llangattock Escarpment II

By Alan_Coles
Evening All,

Just back from Skomer....quick upload, a cuppa and then off to walk the dog...even though the legs & body are really knackered!

Tonight is an image taken yesterday morning (my 1st of two 4am starts for me this weekend) over the Llangattock Escarpment....was so glad to see the sun and colour after getting an early start.

My gratitude to Adam Burton for posting an image of this place recently...have walked there many times and taken shots over ther but had never thought of taking one from this height n angle...put to shame by a visitor to my area! Smile

Hope you all had a good weekend

From your remarks I realise I had seen a shot from this rather amazing POV with its unusual landforms. This is a delightful shot, and with excellent use of available light to bring out the detail in the f.g and middle ground so well.

Hope you are recovering from yesterday and had a good day - hard going there isn't it - and the short time goes far too quickly.
