Stone Handshake

Well just back from Madrid, and as promised I brought back photos! so im taking a break from writing reports for college to upload some!

First upload from the trip is a slightly abstract one... I actually started out taking pictures of this hand cause i was slagging it (They were HUGE in comparison to the rest of the statue!) But thought afterwards that it made an interesting shot.

After the advice given on my last upload I played around with the aperture to bring the backround in and out of focus untill i was happy!

All comments/Suggestions welcome as always!

Anyways!...better get back to work!

You did manage to slightly blur the background, well done. I like bits of detail from sculptures, they are so much more interesting and the workmanship can be fully appreciated. I do think you could have put a little autumn leaf in that hand before shooting, though, lol.

lol Thanks pamela!....I acctually been PS things into the hand! Coke cans, Mobile phones, cups of tea!....There was fun had alright!! lol
