I particularly like V1-V4-V6-V8 - I think these would have been good standalone images. I am never too sure how much time some people spend appreciating collections such as this.Perhaps another day you could post a few singles from these.

Super set of images. They remind me of my first visit to a market in Hong Kong where a lot of the livestock was live, snakes escaping from baskets and a lady pointing to a chicken and it's head being swiftly parted from it's body! really interesting set. Sylvia

Superb series of street shots, each one with its own particular merits. I like this one the best too. Excellent angle, well composed with lots of interest.
What immediately strikes me Alan is, despite all the difficulties these street vendors must face daily, they display their wares so nicely, obviously given great care in the presentation, all together, a wonderful set of candid images!

Good cross section Alan see you have "my friend" at No 4 .. I have so many of him he fascinated me so "butch" but happily working with his orchids. Often see him as he comes around on my screen savers along with all the other colourful sights of Bangkok incl. Trish laughing at the so called guinea pigs that turned out to be rabbits.. Enjoy your next trip wish I was coming too. Judith

Hi - this really takes me back to our visit to Thailand - the smells, colours, hustle and bustle of the streets. We will be going again, probably Christmas 2009 to see our friend - we went in June last year - it was the rainy season - there was a massive thunder storm over the airport and it took the 777 three attempts to land!!! Never again! Jude.

I think this is an excellent series of photo journalistic pictures and is very effective in illustrating these people and their daily working activities. Lots of interesting characters too - in particular the flower seller in No. 4. I'd say he'd be an interesting guy to talk to. The lady in No. 6 is also quite amusing - 'nothing doing today'. This is the first time I have given a 'User Award'.
