Brush Fire

By Aldo Panzieri
There is a fire season in California. It usually runs from mid August until the first big rain storm in late September. This year is the worst drought in California history. The usual amount of rain fall by now would be fifteen inches. At this point it is an inch and a half. The fire season started in January, and will likely run all year unless we get a significant amount of rain. The sky turns brown and red as the sun struggles to break through. This fire was forty miles away.

What an incredible image. Great pov, making it more dramatic. The rainfall figures are rather disturbing. That sky is amazing. Great photography Aldo
