I notice compositions everywhere. Some work, and others don't. You filter the input, and decide what you are going to do. I'd rather photograph a beautiful woman who is warm, smart, and has a good sense of humor, but cars are alright, but I prefer subject matter that can carry on a intelligent conversation, who has plans to move up in the world by hard work and purpose, rather than a cute butt.

Intriguing as a thumbnail and just as much so when seen large: as you indicate in the tags the image has an abstract quality and it would be difficult too identify the subject were it not for the bit of radiator grill included (at least I think that's what I am seeing).
And as you also say, compositions and subjects are to be found everywhere if you have an eye to see them.
