Diego Rivera's colors.

By Aldo Panzieri
Diego Revara colors. I've always been attracted to the paintings of Diego Rivera. The rich deep colors give his work a sense of Mexico and it's people. When he came to the United States, his communist background dogged him everywhere. He lost some commissions, and one od his murals was painted over, but later restored. I have seen some originals, and they have amazing colors. He deserves his place with the masters.

I could not make out what I was seeing in the thumbnail, but all revealed on seeing this beautiful image full size.
Very effective macro shot and presentation of this plant.

nice tribute- a favorite of mine too Smile
Also, this is a beautiful image. And, I agree about Rivera. Have you ever read Kingsolver's book, The Lacuna? Much of it is about Diego Rivera (and Lev Davidovich--Leon Trotsky).

Great frame the colour arrangement
