2 months time

Exactly, will be my date with an assessment clinic, psychologist/psychiatrist, something like that.

Not long to go, 2 months, they will soon pass. Plenty of time to gather my thoughts and reflect on matters close to the heart.

In the meantime im going to get myself a tattoo.

full-butterfly-stages.jpg

Beginning with the caterpillar, which over time will develop into a butterfly, corny but hey. Its a design of my own, it had to be really, dont want something someone else already has, if i am to adorn my body with ink then it has to be a one off design, so dont go stealing my tat before i get it done Wink

Created entirely using cs4.

Once finished, im hoping for a colour scheme similar to the one below...

flutterby-complete.jpg

Wont be big, just an inch or two across. I have never had a tat, never wanted one, dont like needles.....

But im getting one nonetheless, how bad can it be?

Keep it to yourself please Grin

NYE, London as per, exact location unknown for now, will be a riot though Smile

My sis in law has been really good to me recently, very supportive. She told me she always knew i was trans, which in a weird way, was a relief to hear, much to her surprise. It does piss her off that i have a better arse than she does, bless her.

So, 2 short months, it will still be winter, spring only round the corner.

Have a great Christmas everyone, be merry and generous. I wish all of you the very best for 2012 xxxxxxxxx

You've designed a gorgeous tattoo - have you decided where to have it? (make sure you take someone along with you!).

My daughter separated from her husband this year (amicable thank goodness, they still meet up and be together for their son). She decided to have a pair of wings on her wrist, to symbolise freedom. I'm really not trying to put you off, but I think a more 'fleshy' area might have been a good idea - she fainted. They brought her around and finished the image (it's absolutely stunning), but as she was shopping an hour later (well, she felt better!), she fainted again - I met her in A&E! If only someone had been with her they could have drove her home after she'd fainted the first time! Anyway, as I said I'm not trying to put you off!

Oh, and don't forget, one day you will be a wrinkly o.a.p - make sure the wings don't fold up!! Wink (lol)

A very Merry Christmas to you too!

Oh Karen, thats not a bad idea, im not great with needles, and i did pass out in a hospital corridor a couple of years back after an MRI scan, was nervous anyway but then as i laid there, a nurse told me she was gonna inject me with some dye to make the veins show better in images, i shat myself, i wont lie, not literally, though the nurse did mention it might feel as if i have wet myself, i didnt. I held it together long enough for them to do their job, i sat up feeling fine, a bit light headed, a bit shaky, so off i went, seconds later i was on the floor, when i came round i was shaking like a leaf for 20 mins or thereabouts. They said it was a panic attack but never having one before or since, i cant clarify that, all bought on by needles lol tattoo is going on my right shoulder blade.

Was having the tat done last week, there is a shop in town, i looked in a few times but saw nothing i liked, so i went online, found their website, emailed them the above image saying i want the caterpillar done first, can i book for tomorrow? Yes i could, so tomorrow came, i went to the shop at 7pm, its shut, no lights on, nothing, i go home, check email, then notice the name of the shop, didnt match the shop i visited, then the proverbial penny dropped, the shop i visited was not the one who ran the website, or matched the email name, was a completely different outfit, so i again rang the number on the website and explained to them my mistake. Not sure they believed me to be honest, and now my friends are taking the piss left right and center lol i dare not tell them that last week i thought i put 20 in my car when in fact it was 20 litres, and i only had a 20 note on me, so had to go back home to retrieve another 11 or so, just another blonde moment in a long succession of blonde moments Wink

Thank you Karen and Chris, i wish you both a merry christmas and positively brilliant 2012 SmileSmileSmileSmileSmilexxx
