My Photography History

So the iMac is back! Woo! Its also as speedy as ever!

My only current problem is I cannot figure why it will not update to Capitan when it is installed.... Apple Forums here I come!

So with having my iMac back plus they managed to save my photographs and CS6 I been remising through my photography past.

So I thought i'd share a small part of it with you guys.

This was the year I found my dad's 20 digi camera and started experimenting with taking photographs.

When surfing back through my photographs I could not decided between these two that I captured with the digi camera so decided to share both.

Late 2011-2012:

I Joined ephotozine and started show casing my work, my great grandad also funded my first DSLR - Nikon D70. Sadly neither him or the camera are with me today.

This was the era my work started to get noticed, i entered several competitions and here are a few of my achievements.

Worked display in the:
House of Commons twice
The National Centre of Craft and Design
Heckington Show
Carres Gallery in Seaford
Winner of Unicefs Junior Water Photography Competition
2012 Rotary Club Young Photographer of the Year for the Grantham area.
and many more...

This is one of my favourite D70 photographs.

This was the years I upgraded to a Nikon D2X as i started my Alevel in Photography, ICT and Media. I also started this blog to document my Alevel photography work, if you go back through this blog you will the find the series of blogs.

I also started working for Manheim as a car dealership photographer, sadly I had to give this up for a full time job to pay the bills. I also did some wedding photography on the side that was passed on from my lecturer, but I didn't really enjoy this as much.

This is one of my favourite D2X photographs from that year.

This was a very quiet year for me I sadly lost my photography spark, mostly due to now working full time and several big changes like moving out, camera dust problems and iMac dying. I did manage to take some photographs but not as passionately as I would of liked.

THE GREAT RETURN! So having been encouraged by friends I fixed the physical problems that where stopping me and started snapping again!

You can see many of my new works on my portfolio.

So to all my fellow snappers let make the rest of this year great!
