All exams done! Time to eat sleep photography and repeat!

Both exams went well.... except the fire alarm going off in the middle of one of them.... good timing art students chose to burn some work.

Started my work for Manheim, started doing an hour at Honda photographing however many cars i can fit in for an hour, got chatting to the sales manager the reason they requested me was there old photographer was rather rude and constantly moaning about his job Grin

Get a phone call few days Honda want to book me for an extra 45 mins each wednesday and Toyota in the same town have got wind of me and have also booked me for wednesday for an hour too! Getting my foot into the industry exciting times! Manheim have also given me cover for 5 garages in another town which I'm going to take on its only like 5 hours so an 1 hour at each however the lady goes on the phone "oh yeah these garages won't move the car for you, neither will they unlock them, you have to shoot through the windows !" Talk about a challenge you expect dealerships to want the best photographs possible so would open the car for you!

Had some feed back on photographs, its just getting use to using the polarising and swapping to a longer lens because apparently my 18-70mm is making the cars look fat? Also that the wheels where muddy on some cars but that can't be help at Honda as the road from the valet to show court is a dirt track Grin

Loving the job as the staff at my regular garages are really helpful they move the cars around wind, rain, snow and sunshine. Fast paced and challenging but i love it!
