Moonflight

By aliciabeesley
Taken one morning this week as the sun rose with moon still visible the Pinkfoot geese came off the mudflats of the Solway heading in land to feed, wonderful sight never fails to excite me. Tweeked in photoshop using Curves. Thanks for looking.

Bizarrely I was in Blackpool (31 October) and got a shot almost identical to this one! There must have been 2,000 birds in the sky, everyone around me was in awe at the patterns they made in the sky - better than any fireworks display! - I called mine "Fly me to the moon!"

An excellent effort.

Andrew.
