for a fist attempt I should sign for it; IMHO I think you should crop some of the foreground, not all; the more panoramic view also suits the subject; great reflections in the water and indeed do not stamp away the tree branch; only crop it, or better see if I am right? alfred

A wonderful shot and yes the tree makes it into a fine composition. I must get over there now they have some lights.

This is excellent Alison, is it from the Barton end? I see you have a few in your p/f So I guess you're local. I'm from Messingham, I've tried a couple of times to capture the bridge, but never to this standard.
