I personally like it in colour as it conveys more personality than the mono, also it would be a shame to lose the colour from such a rewarding, bright scene! Its a great photo with plenty of impact.

great image just works so well the colour is amazing definetly colour looks good in bw as well but colour really gives it a bounce and charactor

Both work really well - is the colour version hdr? If so it's a very effective use of the treatment: if not the colours have been superbly boosted anyway to give that 40s feel. Love it. Bruce

This is amazing - I can't stop looking at it and enjoying all the little details! You mention that it is digitally manipulated, would you mind sharing a few tips about how you treated this image? I'm really inspired by it and would love to learn more about it. One thing strikes me about this image is how the walls and appliances are all so clean and immaculate with no hint of wear and tear etc. Instantly bookmarked!

Terrifically interesting image ........pictures within pictures. For some reason I find the icture on the wall in the adjoining room cut in half particularly interesting. Is it Winston Churchill I ask myself??
