Mendelssohn Slope

Taken not actually at, but very near to "The Mendelssohn Slope" in Burnham Beeches, which was a favourite haunt of the composer Felix Mendelssohn, when he visited friend in nearby East Burnham. Another photograph from February 2009. If we get a proper fall of snow like this, I won't be able to get out into it with my leg still in the cast.
