Enjoy my portfolio - I enjoy travel, landscape, concerts, portraiture, monochrome, architecture and the occasional experiment.

I would like to be good at nature but I don't really have the patience. Some of my nature shots I have been quite pleased with but it is the weakest area I have attempted.

I have always wanted to create some totally unique images, heavily manipulated, using lots of layers but somehow I never seem to get round to it, despite having a few ideas I would like to play around with.

Hello Andrew, thank you for your kind comments on my photo.....you have an amazing series of blue hour photography. Not many photographers will emphasis or dwell on this magical moment as it really is a short time-capsule of only half an hour of good photography each day barring rain, atmospheric dust layers & cloud temperament. Your twilight zone is certain eye catching .....please feel free to check on my website link for more night photography shots. Best regards from Kuala Lumpur.
A request to comment on my photographs. I am learning so need more and more comments. Please do not hasitate to suggest.

Enjoyed going through your p/f Andrew. Some really excellent stuff and lots of ideas, thanks! Thanks also for your comment on my "Spinning Wheel". All of the pictures I have seen and also taken myself of this show it stationary. I was trying to convey the incredible way the wheel works. I used a B&W NDx1000 filter with a 35 second exposure at f/22.0

Hi Andrew. Thank you for your kind comment on my image of Jake. I am glad as it has brought me to your pf which is so interesting. Your live band shots are really really good - I can imagine that it must be about the worst of conditions to get such clear shots - goodness know how you do it! And your wildlife shots are interesting - a bit out of the ordinary.

And I do agree with everything you said about the youngsters - most are fine young people and just need love and encouragement and some rules to abide by and freedom to be themselves. Sue
Excellent pf, some great live shots, very impressive !!!
Rock on !!

Hi Andrew - you recently commented on my image "Dali Camels" seeming to suggest it is an image from the 80's. I am very dissapointed as this image was taken in Merzouga, Morocco in Feb this year. I am on the second camel from the left, taking the picture and I can prove it is mine. I am sorry if I have misunderstood your comment but I don't want others to think I am uploading other peoples images.
Thank you for your kind and useful comments on my recent photograph of Beadnel. I have now took the original photograph and not cropped the bottom as much so that more sea is showing underneath the boat, but keeping the sea to 'two thirds' of the photo.
What I really wanted to say was that I was especially pleased with your praise after looking at your portfolio which is fab! I only took up photography about 6 months ago and that was one of my first! It has certainly inspired me!
Thanks for your award Smile you have many beautiful picture in your portofolio Smile

After seeing your industrial sunset capture I thought I would look at your PF and to my surprise you have great picture of possibly the best mainstream band of all time. Fabulous shots all round.

Your portfolio is full of excellent images, some really cracking landscapes. I see you paid Appleby Horse Fair a visit, is only a short distance from me with many vans going past the door.
Keep up the good work, look forward to seeing more.
