Gritstone & Sky

My first solo landscape photography exhibition approaches. Called 'Gritstone & Sky', the exhibition will feature a number of my images taken around the southern Pennines of Yorkshire and the Peak District.

These are the places that I knew when I was growing up on the Pennines. And after living in Norfolk for 16 years (where I did my degree at Norwich School of Art), they are the places that brought me back to Yorkshire in 2004.

The exhibition takes place at the Coach House Gallery, 10 Andrew Street, Wakefield. The preview evening is on Wednesday 3rd March at 7pm and the exhibition runs throughout March.

Thank you very much Colin. If you are passing, Wakefield isn't far off the M1 and the Coach House Gallery is close to the Town Hall. For those who request to see my images large, now is your chance! Wink

I'm also exhibiting at Arkwright's Mill, Cromford in August, with Rich Cooper and Nick W. Plus there will be other exhibitions this year too... possibly including Marsden in April/May.

Your comments are very much appreciated Col.

Congrats Andy, I hope Snow Over Woodhead is amongst those being exhibited, an image that really would benefit from being seen in print.

Just hung the exhibition this afternoon - and it's great to see a load of large prints of my stuff on the walls. Feeling quite excited about it now!
