Great detail in the f/g and excellent tones in the sky.
I have to agree with Phil that the white building is a little distracting, although knowing your meticulousness, I suspect it was deliberately composed that way.
I think a step to the left and a slight rotation to the right would have masked it off with the rock and, perhaps, have yielded a simpler and stronger composition.
Impossible to say for sure without being there, and no doubt you'd have considered this!

Wonderful tones and a fantastically well worked sky. That's one huge boulder.
viewed large I think this is great, the one thing I find distracting is the small yellowish rock centre bottom f/g - the white house I like and the castle - one other thing I notice is a thin white line around both the castle mound and the larger rock, generally due to oversharpening but I am sure this is not so in this case - overall a beautiful shot with good lighting which I like very much
