This is an excellent shot, and I have only two suggestions.
First, a crop to square: there's not anythign much in the lower section, so why not eliminate it, even though it cuts off the tails?
The other thing: camera, lens and settings will give you a sharp image - and it looks as if it's been sharpened a fraction too much more in processing. Sometimes, less is more...

The light that you did get is just lovely, accentuating the baboons' features so nicely.
The eyes are nicely visible on the one on the left, but the larger one seems to be squinting because of that light. A shame, but there's nothing you can do about it. Of course, it may just be that she's tired (assuming it's mum). Looking at the larger version, I can just about see her eyes.
It's a neat little grouping.
The one on the left is looking in that direction, and so I would leave that bit of space on that side, and crop the right a bit.
