Comet Neowise, Rutland Water

By AndyPedant
Taken just after midnight last July, there were several photographers already at the scene. The church and shoreline were illuminated using a bike torch and I swept the light across the scene about three times. I was lucky to get the comet with such clear conditions - had I missed it, it is next due to visit our skies in 6,800 years.
