A well worked image with good use of HDR. Could possibly clone/crop out the small bush bottom right??.
Very colourful! The tonemapping has brought out a lot of detail, but maybe it needs to be a touch more subtle?
Adding borders is a good way to finish off an image, but I feel this one is slightly overpowering the image. Maybe try it with a thinner white line and smaller text?

Have to agree with Kathy on this one. I like the composition but maybe just a bit over-cooked.
