Final resting place

By stevesloan
It is true of several Scottish Islands that " what to do when the car stops " tends to mean, " we wil leave it where it is." Exploring an old disused distillery brought an unexpected treasure trove of abandoned automobilia.

The cars came to their final stop - at a distillery...
V3, V5 and V6 have green leaves starting to cover the graves. Nature reclaiming.

A fabulous set, indeed. I like these subjects a lot, I was walking around scrap yards the other day at noon time but could not find much to shoot and the results are not half as good. Excellent shots, and my favourite is V5. I must add that I like the title a lot.

To think they were once somebody's pride and joy.
It does look a bit untidy though to be near a distillery.
I expect it's hard to clear 'rubbish' from an island.

V4 is fuzzy but the rest are crackers. My favourite is V5, fantastic colours and textures.
