Quote:I am so jealous! This is the shot I was after last Tuesday when I got up at 5, set off at 6, got to Penrith 7.30 in beautiful light then took the wrong turn off the roundabout and hurtled down the damn M6 to Kendal. By the time I got north again the best of it was over. There were a few choice words I can tell you Sad
Dont be too jealous, I though my torn ankle ligaments had healed and walked 5 miles that day, spent the entire day on my feet, plus the same the following, now its all bruised and as swollen as the day I injured it originally, lol. So I suffered for my art again - bloody typical! First time Ive been to the lakes in a couple of years - loved it. Was going to return in 2 weeks but doubt I will with my silly pudding of an ankle

  • Hey Lorraine, you have some fabulous images in your collection, I enjoyed browsing
  • Ive only just really discovered your portfolio after coming back for a 2nd browse and I like what I see.
You seem to see art in things that most people dont and that is part of what I like. But I also like your approach, with much of your work being quite dark and the application of photoshop in so many diferent ways. Very much the type of art and photpography I enjoy.

  • What a thoroughly enjoyable portfolio you have. You say you feel you have lost your "oomph", but its not noticeable in your images - they are of very high quality. Personally I think your portfolio is one of the finest wildlife folios on here. Hoping you find your oomph again so you can enjoy togging again. Angi

  • Your portfolio is excellent, you have a talent for colourful wildlife images that stand out. Cant believe you have not been awarded a premier for any of these. Angi
  • I love your images and find them very inspiring, always popping back to see what new ideas you have come up with. You are very talented, creative and make a great model too. Angi
