I really wanted to like this shot but the tilted horizon is not easy on the eye - otherwise great recovery in B&W - As far as your question - I think it is always good to have a look at improving a bad photo up to the point you just know it can't be improved, sometimes you find an unexpected surprise. A tutor once told me 'keep only those photographs that sing'. I remember that every time I hit the delete button.
