Somewhere in Scotland

By cattyal
A shot taken whilst in Scotland this summer - now don't ask me where it is although I could probably figure it out if I gave my sister a bell.

Original shot taken on my little Minolta using the tried and trusted nightshot/floppy disk technique. Then passed an IR action over it in PS, then toned and contrast bumped up a bit.

Edit - I've a feeling this is going to be one of my EPZ disasters and would be extremely grateful if anyone wanted to let me know what I'm doing wrong. I'm not really a landscape photographer but I do try sometimes - I think I'd better stick to flowers and stuff Smile

I just uploaded a mod. I prefer the 2nd version so I took that one and fiddled. Not sure I'm much of a lnadscape photographer either though lol

Hello - thank you everyone. I try to do these landscapes but it really tends to be a point of taking millions of shots and hoping for the best! Good fun though.

Thank you for the mod Ann - you've made a good job of that and I shall try your fiddling method on some of the other shots. I'm starting to wonder if different makes of floppy disk produce different results - some come out really red or, in this case, green. I must start making a note of which disks I use!

Morning all and thank you everyone - I shall prefer your preferences for the second version should I find another shot worth uploading.

Just taking a break from painting three louvre wardrobe doors - anyone want to help? Smile
