14 May 2014 11:51PM Views : 272 Unique : 199There are 3 small lakes on our local golf course which provide a home for a variety for birds including about a dozen geese. They do make a lot of mess and some of the golfers would like to see the back of them but I have a feeling that they may be protected. At the moment, one pair have six chicks and after my game today I went back round the course with my camera to see if I could get some photographs. The parents are very protective though and although I kept my distance and used a telephoto lens, the chicks are being rounded up and led away to the safety of the lake in most of my shots. They are cute though!
